GamesHub Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Platform. By registering or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, Bonus Policy, and related policies.
1. Scope and Acceptance
By using the GamesHub Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with GamesHub Market UAB. If you disagree with any terms, do not use our Services. The Platform serves solely as an intermediary—facilitating communication, secure payments, and dispute resolution between Users (Buyers and Sellers).
2. Definitions
Terms like Buyer, Seller, Services, Wallet, Bonus Account, OG Coins, Offers, Orders, and Deals are defined to clarify roles and processes within the Platform. Full definitions are available on the site.
3. User Registration & Verification
Users must be 18+ and provide accurate personal info. Sellers undergo additional KYC verification. Multiple accounts are prohibited. GamesHub reserves the right to suspend accounts for fraud or policy violations.
4. Deal-Making Process
Orders go through: Placement → In Progress → Confirmation → Completion. Each stage has clear requirements for communication, delivery, and confirmation. Refunds and disputes are handled as per our Refund Policy.
5. Payments & Wallet
GamesHub Wallet and Bonus Account are used for all transactions. Funds are held in escrow until order completion. Wallet balances can be withdrawn per applicable policies and timelines.
6. Fees and Taxes
Sellers pay a 12–18% commission. Withdrawal fees depend on the chosen payment method. Sellers are responsible for tax reporting and compliance in their jurisdiction.
7. Non-Circumvention
All transactions and communications must occur on the Platform. Attempts to bypass GamesHub systems may result in account suspension or legal action.
8. Dispute Resolution
GamesHub Arbitration acts as a neutral intermediary. Disputes are reviewed within 7–14 business days. Final outcomes are not guaranteed and unresolved cases may escalate to courts in Cyprus.
9. Sanctions & Violations
Users violating our Agreement may face fines, suspensions, or permanent bans. Sellers may lose earnings if obligations are not fulfilled.
10. Privacy & Security
All Personal Data is processed per our Privacy Policy and GDPR. You may access, correct, or delete your data. GamesHub uses encryption and security best practices to protect user information.
11. Intellectual Property
GamesHub and its content are protected by copyright. Sellers must ensure their listings do not infringe third-party rights. User-Generated Content may be used by GamesHub for promotion.
12. Legal & Liability
GamesHub is not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the Platform or third-party content. Our liability is limited to commissions paid in the last six months.
13. Amendments
GamesHub may update this Agreement. Users will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
